Looking through the special glasses we created with this public hub, a meeting space for humans to humans, locals and visitors in town – a unique environment that exceeds traditional hospitality.
Our vision was to strip the old lobby to its bare bones, rebuilding it in harmony with the building’s identity by telling a special story in the UNESCO-heritage-protected Art Nouveau district – today, by synthesizing shape, form, and feel – as the original creators would have done.
In this way, connecting with all senses enriches the journey of exploration, in space and time, still unique for everyone – always a new detail to explore.
This is the healthiest way to create and recreate spaces within their own identity and elements, and allow them to breathe and embrace their future.
In this way, they can contribute to the people and community who are using it, and it can elevate the way they think, feel and live.
We were extremely grateful to be a part of this amazing design and cultural journey to create this space for the locals and international travellers.
